Package Plus: Grants access to all parts of the event. Allows entry to both the Seminar and the Homely feast in tavern (January 15, 2025) as well as the Exchange and the Gala Dinner (January 16, 2025).

Standard Package: Grants access to three parts of the event. Allows entry to both the Seminar (January 15, 2025), the Exchange, and the Gala Dinner (January 16, 2025).

Exchange + Seminar: Grants access to the Exchange and Seminar portions of the event (January 15 and 16, 2025).

The Seminar, Exchange, and Gala Dinner will take place at the Nosalowy Dwór Hotel in Zakopane.

Homely feast in tavern will take place at Karczma Przy Młynie.

Cancellation Fees:

- Until October 20 – no fee
- From October 21 – 50% of the total value
- From November 20 – 75% of the total value
- From December 15 – 100% of the total value
